If you run CMD, the shell don&#8217;t have administrator privileges. Really boring, if you want to run some command in admin you have to follow this easy steps.</p>
<p>Choose from Start -&gt; All programs -&gt; Accessories, right click on Command prompt and Run as Administrator. You&#8217;ll be prompted to approve the action.</p>
